Terms & Conditions
T&Cs of Georgia Rose as Rose Space (ABN: 76 937 624 695)
Cancellation Policy
At Rose Space, we understand that plans can change. While we do not offer refunds for change of mind, you can reschedule your service up to 48 hours before the booking time. This can be done online or by texting or calling Georgia on 0448371623. In the case of a no show, or a cancellation with less than 48 hours notice, the full session fee will be retained. This may be void in an emergency. If we need to cancel a session, we will notify you via call or text to reschedule your service. Late arrivals will result in a reduced service time with the full fee retained.
Wet Weather Policy
Sessions will continue as normal during mild or moderate weather events. During these times, participants of outdoor activities will have the choice to continue outside or engage in undercover alternatives. For this reason, we recommend that participants bring a raincoat if booked for an outdoor service. In severe weather events, sessions may be cancelled, and you will be notified via phone or text.
Our facilities are not suitable for most people with physical disabilities
Rose Space is immersed in nature. Our paths are sandy and uneven, and four steps lead up to the toilet. Unfortunately, this means we cannot accommodate participants with some physical disabilities. Please discuss suitability Georgia before booking a service if you or anyone attending a session with you has physical challenges.
Enclosed footwear must be worn during horse-related services
Enclosed footwear, preferably boots, must be worn to enter the horse’s paddock. Failure to wear appropriate footwear may result in the inability to participate fully in the service, with the full fee will be retained.
Package Discounts
Package discounts are non-refundable. Sessions purchased in a package must be scheduled weekly or fortnightly and used within six months of purchase.
